Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow conducted an Executive Program in Business Management (Batch 07). The Program Director(s) were Prof. Archana Shukla & Prof. Chandan Sharma. The duration of the program was from January 2019- December 2019, with total no. 120 hours of session in which 48 students participated. The program was conducted with an objective to develop managerial capabilities among the people who are in the early stages of their career to enable them to effectively make managerial decisions and lead future challenges. Under the program the participants were trained to develop interpersonal and communication skills necessary for higher-level managerial responsibilities. The program also focused on functional management skills, strategic planning and execution and complimentary soft skills to enhance the technical expertise of the participant. The Valediction ceremony was held on March 02, 2020.
