Sanjeet Kumar Sameer (EFPM04029) received the best Paper award for his paper (co-authored by Prof. Pushpendra Priyadarshi) titled 'Relationship between Autonomy, Job Crafting, Person - Job fit and Internal Employability: A Study on Indian Public Sector Energy Companies' presented in the two-day International Conference on the theme “Empowering Women: Fostering Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Sustainability. This international conference was jointly organized by NITI Aayog, Govt. of India and Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), New Delhi and had participation of scholars / practitioners from various countries including Canada, USA, Australia, Bangladesh etc.
